No cancellations & Refunds are entertained. Only Replacement in case of damaged or defective product received. Proofs of the same mandatory.
At Dodiasons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept only replacements with conditions.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at connect@dodiasons.com. They will provide you with instructions on how to process your replacement.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be replaced. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacement
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged on delivery with proofs. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@dodiasons.com.
